Now Recruiting — D2D Roofing Reps & Canvassers
IronCore puts trained door-to-door crews into live storm markets across the country. We coordinate the travel, lodging, and logistics — you show up trained, knock fresh territory, and get paid on your production.
You knock territories where the storm already made the sale half for you — not picked-over neighborhoods with tired homeowners.
Roofing Apprentice certification and D2D University canvasser fundamentals before you ever hit a door. You arrive knowing pitch, objections, and field basics.
Travel, lodging, and transportation are coordinated for every deployment. You focus on doors, not bookings.
Per-deal pay on what you sign, with no cap. Producers make real money on a live storm map.
Built by operators from one of the highest-producing canvassing operations in the country — $30M in a single year, $60M+ in 20 months.
Perform on deployment and there's a direct path: bigger markets, leadership roles, or a permanent seat with a client who wants to keep you.
Proven in the field: two IronCore reps signed 60 contingencies in 10 days on a recent Wisconsin deployment.
